Emantes means “we” in “kaliarda”, the first Greek lgbtqia community slang which has always been marginalized. “We” is a response to what the “others” always symbolize and a bet for “us, the others” to be heard.
The project “Equalgen – Young people for gender equality” is implemented under the Active citizens fund in Greece by the Diotima Centre and its partners Anasa Cultural Center and Emantes International LGBTQIA+ Solidarity between April 2022 and March 2024.
